More than 22000 child were killed last year by car accidents. however, governments are trying to higher the price of the tickets of speeding year by year, and that has improved the traffic a lot. On the other hand, there are some countries using the electronic system to avoid speeding, and it has been working nicely although there are lots of people don't agree with this system.
To avoid car accidents we have to follow the rules, and never break them. In addition to, paying attention to the other cars, and give the rode its right.
